Group Bookings:

  • Please note dietary & final numbers will need to be handed over to the restaurant 7 days prior to your event, any changes made within 7 days will be required to be paid for.

  • Group bookings above 18 guests will be required to have full and final payment due 14 days prior to the event.

  • Our Menu is seasonal and does change as the seasons do.

  • A deposit is required upon securing a large booking in the Restaurant, without this we cannot guarantee a reservation.


Each promotional voucher may only be redeemed once per booking.  Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other vouchers – strict limit of one voucher per order.


Breakages: If a case of wine is received with one or more broken bottles, Rosalie House will issue a credit or send replacement bottles if the buyer so notifies Rosalie House within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

Risk: Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer on delivery.

Title: Product remains Rosalie House's property until paid for by the buyer.

Pricing errors: If a product inadvertently appears on the website at the wrong price, Rosalie House may decline or cancel any orders placed at the wrong price, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If a credit card was charged for the purchase and the order is so cancelled, Rosalie House will notify the buyer and issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the wrong price.


Rosalie House recommends that alcohol only be consumed in moderation. A case of wine is heavy, so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight, transfer bottles 1 or 2 at a time. Red wine in particular may cause staining if spilt.
